Working Area

Designed for flexibility and efficiency, the innovative working area offers ergonomic, operator-friendly features. The heated surfaces are thermally insulated for comfort, while the spacious area is illuminated with non-glare white LED lights with adjustable intensity. The adjustable paraffin dispenser paddle accommodates both standard and large cassettes, and an integrated wax trimmer ensures easy handling. Urgent biopsies can be embedded even during "standby mode."

Control Panel

Enhancing ease of use, the control panel is designed for versatility and simplicity. Its clear, intuitive keyboard allows for easy programming of work parameters. An energy-saving function is built in, featuring an automatic timer that optimizes on/off functions based on individual pre-heating requirements.

Storage and Reservoir

Offering both ergonomics and functionality, this system supports high-efficiency processing. Two large-capacity, independently heated storage units accommodate molds and cassettes, while the 5-liter paraffin reservoir ensures continuous operation during peak workflows. Excess paraffin is directed into front-access waste drawers, which can be easily emptied.

Cooling Plate

With space for up to 80 cassettes or 60 molds, the large cooling surface provides selectable temperature control between 0ºC and -12ºC. It offers even cooling distribution across the surface and can be placed on either side of the dispensing console. Additionally, it operates independently and includes a methacrylate cover to prevent frost buildup (available as an accessory).

Heating Plate

Designed to be compatible with most tissue processors on the market, this high-capacity heating plate supports efficient cassette storage. It features two removable trays with space for up to 200 cassettes (or 300 without trays) and offers storage for up to 400 molds. The heating plate operates only when connected to the embedding console.
